It all began in 1972 with one man and a dream.

It began with family. One man's dream became his son's reality. Charlie Micieli, father of Garry Micieli dreamed of having a restaurant. This became Garry's dream. In 2014, this dream became reality when Garry and Wendy opened Viva Roma with the sauce and meatball recipe as their foundation derived from Charlie Micieli and tweeked to Garry's liking. With made-from-scratch soups and deserts by Wendy, the duo embarked on what many would only dream about. Family is important as is the time spent with family around the dinner table.
